Welcome to More Mindful Studio. I created this space because I believe that small daily practices can have a big impact on our overall well-being.

My journey into mindfulness wasn’t linear—it was born from a genuine need to find grounding in a world that often feels overwhelming. Through years of study and personal practice, I discovered that the body holds profound wisdom when we learn to listen.

This studio is my offering: a space where meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices come together to support your unique path. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, deeper self-awareness, or simply a moment of peace in your day—you belong here.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. Every body is different. Every nervous system carries its own story. My role is to guide you gently, helping you discover what mindfulness looks and feels like for you.
